What is your turnaround time?

Our normal turnaround time is 2 weeks from the day the order is placed (artwork, sizes and deposit should be finalized at this point). We can accommodate rush orders on certain occasions.

What is your minimum order?

We are now have the ability to print just 1 garment with our Direct to Garment printers. For most orders we can print just 1 but but for multiple locations and depending on the garment, the minimum may be different. There is no minimum for embroidery as well. There is just the cost of the artwork set up for that. You can send your artwork to info@beezetees.com for a better idea of pricing.

Can I mix and match different styles and garment colors within my order?

Absolutely, as long as the design being printed and the ink colors are the same for all the garments within your order you can mix and match as much as you like. If the design is the same but you need to change ink colors there will be a $15 charge per ink color being changed.

How much is the deposit and when is it due?

We ask for 1/2 the final payment up front. The rest is due at pick up or delivery.

Will I see a sample before you run my order?

We will send an electronic proof before we begin to print. This proof will show you ink colors, image sizes, and general placement. We will not begin production on your order until we have your approval.

Can you ship my order?

Yes, we will ship to anywhere in the United States. Rates vary by location.

What kinds of brands do you offer?

We have access to many different apparel brands in our industry. If you want a specific brand, just e-mail us or call for a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, checks and of course cash.

Can I get names and numbers on the back for our team shirts?

Yes, we can print any name or number to give a personalized look.

What types of art files do you accept?

We can usually work with just about any type of art file, even designs that are hand drawn. Below are some common file types that we accept:

  • The best way to send us is a vector fils - Adobe Illustrator (.eps, .ai)
  • PDF
  • JPG
  • GIF
  • TIF
  • PNG
  • Adobe Photoshop (PSD)

If your file type is not listed above, please send it anyway. We will do our best to convert it into a file we can work with.

Do you do embroidery?

Yes! We have the latest in embroidery equipment and can do things like hats and jackets. We do not charge a set up fee if you order 24 pieces or more. Less than that may have a 1 time digitizing fee.
